Key Considerations for Responsive Web Design

I recently came across a helpful article by Josh Byers (link to full article below).  I've summarized it here - as I think it will help my clients focus on 2 imperative issues as they consider making their web site mobile-friendly. They are crucial and required to really make a site useful to your clients and readers.
